Delivery:

We aim to ship most orders within 2-3 working days.

Please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive before contacting Me & G Fashion. 

 

Faulty items:

If you have received an item that is faulty, please contact linenladyuk@gmail.com

We will be able to assist you further through email and arrange this to be exchanged. 

 

Returns:

We really hope you love your items when you receive them, but we understand sometimes you might need to return something! If you do, please ensure you follow the below steps to allow an easy return process:

• Return the item within 14 days of receiving it
• Items need to be returned with all tags attached, unworn, and not marked. This includes animal hair, deodorant or perfume marks etc. 

If you return an item outside of the 14 day window, you will not be refunded and the item will be returned to you. 

 

Cost of postage will not be covered by us when returning an item. We will refund you the amount that you paid for the item/s.

Exchanges:
